2. Scope

This policy applies to the following services:

• The corporate website yarardijital.com
• EFM League: the efmleague.com website and the iOS and Android apps
• Fruzzle Rush: the fruzzlerush.com website and the iOS and Android apps

Third-party websites and app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) linked from our services are subject to their own privacy policies.

3. The yarardijital.com website

Our corporate website does not use cookies, contains no analytics or tracking tools and does not collect personal data from visitors.

When the site is accessed, our hosting provider briefly processes technical server logs such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information for security and error analysis. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the service securely.

If you email us, your email address and the content of your message are processed solely to answer your enquiry.

4. EFM League

EFM League is an online game that requires a user account. The following data is processed:

• Account data: email address, password (stored in hashed form only), manager name and club name.
• Game data: squad, transfers, bids, match results, league history and in-game statistics.
• Content data: messages, club descriptions and other content you share in the game.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, app version, crash reports and server logs.
• Payment data: if you buy optional paid content, payment is processed by Stripe, the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card details; we only receive confirmation of the transaction (product, date, amount).
• Cookies and consent: the EFM League website uses strictly necessary cookies for session management. Non-essential cookies and third-party services are only enabled with your consent via the consent management tool (Usercentrics). You can change your consent at any time.

Legal bases: performance of the contract (account and game service), consent (non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (security, cheat prevention, error analysis) and legal obligations (accounting records).

5. Fruzzle Rush

Fruzzle Rush does not require an account and can be played offline. Scores and settings are stored on your device only and are not transmitted to us. There are no in-app purchases.

The app stores (Apple, Google) provide aggregated, anonymised statistics on downloads, updates and crash reports under their own privacy policies. This data does not allow us to identify individual users.

If optional online features are offered, they only run when you start them, and the data processed is described in this policy.

6. Recipients and processors

Your data is shared only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (websites, game servers, email)
• Payment service providers: Stripe, Apple, Google (only for paid content in EFM League)
• Consent management: Usercentrics (EFM League website only)
• App stores: Apple App Store, Google Play

Written data processing agreements are in place with our processors. Your data is never sold and is not passed on to other third parties unless required by law. Where data is transferred outside Türkiye or the EU, the safeguards required by the KVKK and the GDPR are provided.

7. Retention periods

• Account and game data: until the account is deleted; removed from backups within 90 days of deletion.
• Server logs: a maximum of 30 days.
• Payment and invoice records: for the statutory retention periods.
• Email correspondence: a maximum of 2 years after the enquiry is closed.

8. Your rights

Under the KVKK and the GDPR you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information
• To have your data corrected, deleted or destroyed
• To request restriction of processing and to object to processing
• To receive your data in a portable format
• To withdraw consent at any time
• To lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority in the EU

Please send requests to info@yarardijital.com. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your EFM League account in the in-game settings or request deletion by writing to us from the email address registered to the account. Deletion removes your account and game data; records subject to statutory retention are kept with restricted access until that period ends.

Fruzzle Rush has no accounts, so deleting the app from your device removes all game data.

10. Children

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to create an EFM League account. If we learn that a child has shared data without consent, we delete it. Fruzzle Rush collects no personal data and is suitable for all ages.

11. Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS), passwords are stored in hashed form only, and access to data is limited to staff who need it.

12. Changes

This policy is updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page; significant changes are announced in the game or by email.
